We had so many requests for bone-in chicken breasts, we decided to keep the bone in! Silly us, we thought most people didn’t want to debone breasts themselves. Turns out, ya’ll like to cook with the bone in! Great! These breasts still have the skin on.

With Freedom Ranger chicken, we suggest thawing in the refrigerator overnight, then setting them in a kosher salt water brine for 12-24 hours prior to cooking. If slow-cooking, brine time can be reduced.
