Considered a super food, chicken liver is high in zinc, iron, B vitamins, vitamin A and D. Chop it up and add it to chopped onions, potatoes, mushrooms, peppers and chicken breasts or add them to a nice hot bowl of chicken noodle soup. There are many ways to add it to dishes you already prepare.
