One of the easiest meals you can ever make is with bone-in ham steak! Not only does that rhyme, but all you have to do is heat and serve because, like all ham, it is pre-cooked (through a brine and smoking process). It is best prepared by searing in a skillet with butter over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side. Serve just like that, or add a glaze of maple syrup or honey to add a little sweet to the salt of the all-natural cure it was brined in.
